Hmm. See another BOE-22 (C-17 #99-0062) from Robins (KWRB) to Charleston AFB (KCHS) with an earlier C-17 flight from DOV to WRB.
Wonder if they re-used the callsign.

Not the standard callsign for either. Typically, Boeing ferries the C-17s under their production serial (P-xx).
Lot of heavy rain in this area tonight..
Any more Boeing C-17's almost use random #s anymore on flights down to the Warner Robins for rework.
Boeing pilots almost seem to pick a random number filing flight plan.Always strange to hear them deliver a C-17
from the depot with a crew of 3.
I didn't realize how many Boeing workers for C-17's remained in Long Beach but seems they are transferring
some of them around the Country including Warner Robins.

Prob WINK-21.. Wink is a regular CAP tanker callsign.

Devils are A2A on 298.60 and KC-46 tankers are ALBA 55 and 56. Coordinating with each other on DUKE Freq 259.40.
