Ok I see lots of fmn my radio can get so lots to hear even fast food places and there in town over but can pick it up

some of the food places are low power and like listening to walmart, it help to be in the parking lot.
Can be good when I order from there
See I'm learning this keeps my mind off surgery for ears when not doing online college homework. Next month surgery scanner radio at least keeping my mine off it since, scared allready

Sorry to say - no. Unfortunately your scanner is very limited in what it can hear. Most of the PD's are on the state communication system which your scanner won't pick up. You'd need a much more advanced digital trunking scanner like the Uniden SDS100 or SDS200. Some cities (such as Mount Prospect, Elk Grove, Buffalo Grove, Cook County Sheriff) are encrypted which means that no scanner can receive them. The links that I and others have provided you will show some of the regular things you'd be able to hear. At best, you can listen to the Des Plaines Fire Department. That's more than some people have.
Make sure to program in the Chicago PD frequencies, especially the city wide channels. There is never a dull moment listening to them.

no not pd i mean like rail road and taxie other than pd that i can pick up i meant non encrypted stuff not pd other stuff like school busses and so on if helps rmbts

Finding out / probing what is active in your area is part of the scanning hobby.
The (U)BC75XLT has both custom search and services scan function. You can manually use these and save interesting hits back to your own Scan Channels/Memory locations.
If you want to more automate this search / save / log / audio record the transmissions in your area then you may want to checkout/try Scan75. Scan75 is free but officially a voluntary charity ware application. Maybe I read through the replies too quickly, but isn't he close to O'Hare International Airport? Should be able to monitor most of their air frequencies. When I visit my family in Vernon Hills, I also listen to the Metra and rail frequencies.
