PA Statewide P25 Phase 2 System

Since you can't attach a spreadsheet here and I am still trying to figure out how to get the data in the wiki, here is a PDF of the spreadsheet I have going right now. If I cannot easily convert this to wiki format, I will see if I can just put the actual spreadsheet in the wiki as an attachment.

You likely won't hear anything until late 2018/early 2019 at the earliest.

If folks in NW PA could start confirming site NACs, control channels, etc for the Warren sites and others up that way, it would be helpful. Also need to make sure the site numbers for the Warren sites are correct and that Hearts Content is still transmitting on the freqs listed currently...it may now be part of a three site simulcast for the Warren City area (a fourth tower site was added near the city to allow for increased coverage in town).

I'm getting a CW ID on 159.090, Franklin County, but no P25 control channel signal.
Also 158.8425 and 159.1875.

so what does phase 2 do on a p1 scanner? i have the venango system in and i hear digi on 154.935 the scanner says DAT and LNK with SID: 0942h-0109, then i occasionally hear digi on 154.325 but the scanner on says LNK on it.

Nothing concrete. State is actively working to find partners. Warren Co may be interested. A bunch of counties in the state have already undergone system upgrades in recent years.

also now hearing digital data on a guitonville site freq of 151.145 in forest county. only an s2 on my ham radio. not picking it up on the scanner but thats on an ht antenna

WQLM930 ???

As I was poking around the FCC site I stumbled into WQLM930, and according to the listed information this site is local to me. Any idea if this will be part of the new StarNet system ? I haven't seen any of this information posted anywhere else, I even checked DCNR and PSP nothing there.

Got some activity in Erie this afternoon. Talk groups 10128, 10130 & 12000.





As soon as I started Pro96 I got a clear voice transmission on 159.3675, Unit 109. Don't know what that was.
