Just out of curiosity, are 100% the ones listed below best-guesses, or has somebody actually confirmed (as best they can, antenna off, at the site) that the site locations are correct?

Im guessing pretty much all of the ones listed below are simply best guesses. Although I'm vaguely recalling that someone like @druhe or @talviar may have went to 1.44 Little Flat or 1.60 Connellsville (FAYE6) or 1.77 Blue Knob and confirmed those locations. I can't remember. Not that it really really matters, but it would be nice to know which ones still need to be fleshed out for ultimate accuracy.

Sean said it's definitely in Montrose, and it's identifying as SUSQ86, but he believes it is coming from a tower that is about 1mi or so away near Chenango Street and not the tower at SR4007 & Fisk Mill (41.87397, -75.93214). I clarified with him, and he said he sat on SR4007 about 300 yards line of sight from the tower and with the antenna off he had no decode, S0 on the meter with occasional static but no data.
Anyone should feel free to double check.

1.111 Catawissa can also be confirmed as correct. I'll be back home in the states on Tuesday and I'll take my own roadtrip as planned and run Pro96Com. I can run OBS and use the cellular data in my truck to live stream my Pro96Com screen if there's one particular person who is the main guru working on this system for the DB.

I also plan on checking several of the sites in the Wiki showing not online (except the Philly area), and double checking some in Centre, Clearfield, Bedford, Somerset, and Indiana counties when we head out to see family in Cambria County. And of course, I'm going to be a good older brother and double check Sean's work with Pro96Com and a directional antenna. I love him but he can be a bit of an oblivious doofus sometimes. lol.

Based on my conversation with him, that does appear to be in the correct direction away from the alleged licensed site location near SR-4002/Fisk Mill towards where he thinks it probably is. Again, I'm gonna double check with the handheld yagi when I head out next week but he sat on SR-4002 only 300 yards from the alleged 41.87397, -75.93214 location and had no signal on a BCD396XT nor SDS-100 with the antennas off.

For what its worth, when I confirmed 1.77 Blue Knob, with antenna off, I didn't have signal until I was at the fence that surrounds the compound. I truly thought I'd have it before that, but didn't.

1.40 is confirmed as Mount Davis. I had the opportunity to visit the site in person for a project with Somerset County Department of Emergency Services and entered the radio shelter. The labels on the transceivers positively identify the site frequencies.

I was only listing those sites which (a) are not using typical public safety frequencies and thus we cannot pin down location from FCC license and (b) site which somebody has specifically contested the location specified on the FCC license.

What the advantage of getting a p25 phase 2 scanner in Bradford and tioga county pa. Are you able to hear state police or still under the pa starnet non scannable looking at the bcd 996p2

Just an FYI , CAMB01 is also known as Pendleton, and has been the primary site for the PSP barracks located in Ebensburg for many years. The frequency 154.6650 is PSP Ebensburg legacy dispatch frequency. On rare occasions, there is still FM comms on it.
The answer is the same as I gave you a year ago. You will never be able to listen to the PSP.
