The quickest and easiest way would be for you to use the RR web programming service since you already have a premium subscription, and you would do that by using one of the supported 3rd party programming software packages:
RadioReference.com Web Service - The RadioReference Wiki
That is assuming that what you want to listen to is available in the RR database.

I also have Pro Scan.....basically just wondering if I have to use something like ARC500 to do it with.

ARC 500 will work fine with that scanner. I use ARC500 Basic. The Pro version adds logging functions. I am going to check the database to see what you can monitor in your area.

Sounds good.....got ARC500 installed. Now for the figuring out of RR database to ARC500 then to scanner. Sounds fun!
