If you mean as far as accessories:

Rubber duck antenna, owners manual, normal battery holder, rechargable battery holder, belt clip, and USB PC interface cable.

9. ONE CAN PAUSE ON A TALKGROUP, AND LEAVE
IT FOR DAYS. THE SYSTEM OBJECT WILL
HANDLE ALL OF THE CONTROL CHANNEL
TRACKING FINE SO LONG AS THE RADIO IS
POWERED UP, AND SO LONG AS YOU HAVE
ALL POSSIBLE CONTROL CHANNELS IN MEMORY

Does this also mean it will track patches on a smartzone system? So if you are held on TG 100, and TG 100 gets patched to TG 101, you will still hear the traffic when held on TG 100? On all current scanners, you have to listen on TG 101 in that scenario, which makes monitoring them difficult.

Thanks for the info,
Rick

Please check Saturday if possible

Read the manual online last night. Didn't see the answer to these questions. Perhaps you can test hands on Saturday:
(1) Do you get any kind of warning/notification if you create a talkgroup or frequency that is a duplicate of an object already created?
(2) Can you switch from battery power to adapter power (or vice versa) WITHOUT resetting temporary lockouts if you do not cycle the on/off switch? This is something you might do while monitoring an incident for which you have used temp lockout for unwanted TG.
(3) If you are searching (limit, service search, or spectrum search) and hit on a freq that is already programmed as an object is there any indication of the fact and/or object #?
(4) If you have a TG wildcard programmed for a system and stop on a TG that is programmed as an object will the display show the TAG for programmed TG (like the Pro-96 does for an OPEN bank?)

Thanks!
Ron

Don't remember seeing nor I found anything on the manual about how it behaves with encrypted comms. Does it mute the audio or does it move on or both? Just wondering.....

According to the manual on the FCC Site I think we need to rename these threads to the GRE-0715 :)

ADV0715 is the FCC id, the actual model number is PSR-500.

The unit will skip some P16 3600 Baud CC P25 Voice Comms. It can't skip or mute P25 9600 BPS CC Systems or Conventional P25 Voice.

Any word on anybody working on software?

There are some folks with unofficial plans to do software; GRE will likely be releasing more information on this. (Don Starr and Butel are two groups to look to in regards to Windows software; if the actual save-file spec is as open as the spec for computer control (similar to the Pro-92) you'll probably also see some OS-independent stuff and Linux/MacOS X development as well. A lot of it depends on the final specs, though.)

do they have problems decoding CQPSK like Pro 96's do?

...I've not noticed Pro-96's having that much problem with CQPSK :D (Admittedly, the first DSP firmware to support it was 1.2, but it's always worked fine here :D)

As for the performance, the people who can best answer that are the beta testers, but they are probably going to be under NDAs for a bit yet.

Given the OO nature of the programming and talkgroups, I'm real curious how this radio performs when scanning from system to system (i.e. lock-in time on the control channel, motorboating, etc.)....

The priority features for TRS sounds goods... again, curious how well it works...

I'm troubled by the "scan list" concept carry-over... while it's nice and easy to toggle a scan list on and off, it seems somewhat limiting.. why wouldn't they implement a better grouping features like the 396/996?

Even with these concerns, if the reception and digital voice quality are as good or better than the PRO-96, I'll probably still pre-order one...
