DB updated. Is there any distinction between Zones C, D, F, and G in terms of usage?

On the 4th of July zone C was secondary for Sac City Fire. D zone was used as secondary for all other agencies outside of the city. Zones F and G were stated in an email to be used as secondary and tertiary zones after zone H is in use on a high rise incident.
