Menu is fine

Keep pressing the up key until the bar is at the bottom then you will see the problem, the menu moves up.

{edit} Since the operation is reversed, Keep pressing the up key until the bar is at the bottom top then you will see the problem, the menu moves up down.

Menu is fine it is the favorite's list they are reversed. For the cable you mean usb c to two usb a female connectors? I believe the delay is possibility the length of the cable or need a high speed cable.
