I've seen Blackhawks use that "FFAB123" in the past on ADS-B.

Rgr that is default mode s delivery callsign on new MH-60's and SH-60's out of the Bridgeport Conn Sikorsky factory.
Seen many FFAB123 low altitude types make way South to Norfolk Va then fly onto to West Coast or station elsewhere like Jacksonville.
After delivery Navy rarely show mode s callsigns again.. switched off but new Army Blackhawks sometimes use callsign.

The RAF 54 Sq has picked up their first new P-8A from Boeing and went to Jacksonville late this afternoon.
(43C918) tail ZP-801. They will call it when in service the Poseiden MRA Mk.1
We should log it live someday in February 2020 when it flys up the East Coast on way to Lossiemouth Scotland after NAS Jacksonville training.
Maybe make some stops at Pax River NAS soon while training but being Winter will prob hang in Florida.

Guys,

Got this from a friend and I'm posting just in case some of you might be interested:

Sabreliner Move to NEM (Nat'l Electronics Museum)

Sunday, 10 November 2019
Rain or Shine

Timeline (all times are approximate):...
6am – set up crane at BWI
6:30 – lift Sabreliner over BWI fence
6:30-7am – tow Sabreliner from BWI to NEM
7am – set up crane at NEM
7:30 – lift Sabreliner into place at NEM

Route:
The Sabreliner will come over the BWI perimeter fence at the FedEx portion on Air Cargo Drive. We’ll proceed down Air Cargo Dr., across Aviation Blvd. onto Elkridge Landing Rd., then proceed down Elkridge Landing Rd. to turn right onto W. Nursery.

Everyone is welcome to watch the move! There are several options for viewing:
• Watch the initial lift at BWI
• Join the procession accompanying the plane from BWI to NEM, or watch from a spot along the route
• Welcome the Sabreliner at NEM and watch the crane lift it into position

Notes:
• If you wish to drive onto BWI to watch the lift, you MUST get a parking pass and map from Alice.
• If you plan to follow the plane on the road (whether on foot or car), please let Alice know in advance.
• You may park in either of the NEM parking lots.
• The museum lobby and restrooms will be open; the museum galleries will not be open.

Also NOBLE 12 flight at FL270..
When I heard WIDE 99 KC-10 coming out of McGuire this morning on 260.900 mentioned he only
had one Uniform radio and was looking for a VHF Boom freq.. Lost him after that.

AE66C3 off Pax River again and this time I followed them on Live ATC
they were on Richmond Potomac radar freq then to 128.525 Potomac then to 126.100
They were identified as a 737 by Potomac to a commercial aircraft for crossing traffic and then id'd as Talon22. Advised Potomac that they had entered their orbit at 9K and were descending to 5k and were advised to squawk VFR. Told they could switch frequencies but told controller they would remain on 126.100 for advisories. Filghtaware shows Talon22 as 16-8759 but that may not be accurate as that callsign changes tail numbers. Definitely a P8A aircraft - even the audio sounds like a P8A (aka high quality).
