This morning have N130RL (BEECH 200T BE20 GLOBAL AIRCRAFT LEASING INC) w/PAX approach (121.0) asking to cross R-4006 so he can go out into W72 to work on unspecified project.

He departed from St Marys Regional Airport and will be in W72 for 4 hours before returning to St Marys.

They were allowed in the past without any problems.

Indeed - please be sure to record freqs and talkgroups in the wiki article I gave in the earlier message. Keeping a running tally of this stuff gives newcomers an edge in trying to find things to hear, even if they can't bring a scanner into the base...they can listen from their car or a nearby area...

They were allowed in the past without any problems.

There *were* problems in the past getting them in - I've been turned around in the past at the FedEx entry point because of the scanner. It's sad that we have to pick between seeing the airshow or listening to it.

Has there ever been a case where scanners at an airshow have been a true security problem? I highly doubt it. This is an invented issue by security people there.

The C-32B (98-6006?) using AE0438 as CATCH16 has been active the last two days. Looks like it went into Andrews.
Departed around 1910 local, heading SW.

I went by Dulles on the way home and noticed a French govt Falcon jet of some sort by the Dulles Jet Center.

AN-124 ADB507F is returning to Dulles from Fort Bliss. It went down there from Dulles this morning. Due in about 1940 local.
