Site 144 not heard in Union County, but started showing up in the area of Short Hills Mall. It was full scale on a handheld with a rubber duck On NJ-24 near Morristown Airport, consistent RSSI in the very low -40's with 100% decode and 0 errors (Unitrunker). And on the mobile it is only about 50% strength on the S-meter top of Sheep Hill in Boonton Township, Morris County (823ft ASL) at RSSI -60 with 100% decode and 0 errors (Unitrunker).
I got lambasted before for being an interloper, hopefully that doesn't happen here.
Do any of you guys track federal radio ID's on conventional? Maybe these will line up with a confirmed agencies ID's. Just a thought.
