UNC played last night, in Blacksburg VA. No football game today
Hmmm, that's correct I read the date wrong, NCSU played last night too, now I wonder which stadium I'm hearing. I'm seeing a mix of UNC PD RIDs and 21381xx RIDs, it's definitely a stadium and they are saying lots filling up. Only other game could be GA vs Clemson in Charlotte.

App has a concert in their stadium today. They don’t really have surrounding lots to fill up though.
That is it, they've mentioned getting hearing protection and Trevitte Hall, and the aux lots are baseball lots. Thanks @GamecockSJ

I am assuming with all of this change-up you are referring to sites 1, 2 and probably 3 as well?
Just as a report from the more western parts here, a very simple check of sites 4-7 showed the normal CC's being active tho I investigated no further than that. That was two days ago but makes sense considering the roles that 1-3 play versus the purposes of 4-7 are quite different.
Talked with someone on Fort Bragg said the system went down and is back up some what Fire/MPs are staying on Viper to the system is complete and running again. However i am picking up 2 new control channels and none of the listed sites, But they are using same Talk Groups.
Over the holiday weekend, I heard radio testing on Talkgroup #28530 off the Grants Mountain site. The UIDs I logged I have associated with McDowell Co Emergency Management, but all I heard was test counts and radio checks from various locations in McDowell County.
Fort Bragg has left Viper and returned to their normal (Tower Sites) and normal operations everything seem to be repaired and in working order. I guess they have multi band radios.
RPD is unable to supply enough officers for the and State games so they are using other local agencies to assist. Those might be the ID’s you are seeing.
Not in this case, this was an event at a college out west that I was hearing.
With the start of the NC State Fair, several VIPER Statewide Event talkgroups have become active. The pattern seems to follow the 2019 pattern except the TG usage has changed to Foxtrot rather than Echo. For previous years monitoring guide check out this thread:

Just monitored Robeson County Sheriff Dispatch seems they have come onboard with viper
Hello I have a question in western North Carolina preferably Cherokee County area Erlanger life-force based at Andrew's Murphy Airport is it dispatched on the viper or not

The way your questions are worded. I have to answer it, this way. Some counties us Viper as Primary. Some use it as Secondary, Then some don't use it all.
