What are your dipole's measurements and is your dipole mounted Horizontally or Vertically polarized? I am using a Comet GP-15 base antenna (the 6 meter elements) and a Bearcat BCT15X receiver for my VHF low band DXing. Thank you so much for your great VHF low band logs (I have used them many times to make entries in my BCT15X).

i have been looking over the low band list for some time now . it has started me looking at low band again, i have been a 6 meter fan for many years.
ok my question..... i see many mil freqs listed with tone of 150.0 hz, is this a standard tone freq?

150 Hz The standard tone for NATO military forces in the 30-88 MHz band. On some radios it is the only possible tone.
It is not an EIA/TIA LMR industry standard CTCSS tone.

It's cut for 31 MHz. It's mounted horizontally. I have a 6 meter antenna also but it is not very effective below 50 MHz. I'd love to have a 30 - 108 MHz log periodic.
