I have never heard of a scanner that correctly displays 150.0 because they only use EIA/TIA standard tones and 150.0 isn't one.
Couple of interesting ones today- - 35.060 91.5 Mentions of a "CarMax" and "Wellington Business Park" - Thinking this might be Florida WQKV809, CORAL SPRINGS. 27 miles south of Wellington, FL. Anyone hear this one before?
On 35.9200 D156 "776 to Bill" lapsed licence KNCT776 listed here = C W MCNAUGHT, Nashport, OH - a plumbers outfit. Again, anyone hear this one before?

Yeah my scanner shows 151.4 it has never shown 150 ...Low band dead here so im on VHF 150-170 Angelo
That is correct. The Uniden scanners will automatically "convert" an off frequency PL as to one of the standards.
Which is why the DPL disconnect tone (134hz) will show up as "136.5" on the Unidens.

I have an ST2 that was damaged badly in the wind. I 3D printed new plastic supports in PETG and used some aluminum tubing I had on hand from an old GAP HF antenna to rebuild it. However, I made the longest elements about 8 foot each. It's huge. I have it hanging from a tree with a tennis ball on the bottom element in case it falls on someone. It is badass when it comes to lowband and is also still great on other bands.
Those looking to monitor lowband who have one might consider lengthening the longest elements. It really is a drastic improvement.

Here's a strange one, 35.7 today and other days a very distorted signal with morse sending " O U R I E R" I assume it's from North America but what is it? Anyone else noticed this? it comes with very strong electrical noise.
