192.8 for Northbook?

My bad forgot the pass key pl to personalize only Northbrook PD. Hope this is fixed quickly on SC21. Also noted Glenview FD dispatching on the conventional frequency as well. GO PENS back2back.

STARCOM21 Mystery Talkgroups

I was reviewing some SC21 recordings from June and came across activity on two talkgroups (3406 and 3408) not listed on the Radio Reference SC21 database page or in the list of 'mystery talkgroups' list on the RR SC21 wiki page.

RID 77069 came up on TG3406. He IDs himself as "3602" and the TG as "PSAP". A few minutes later, he comes up on TG3408 and works RID 77066 ("3601"). "3602" says he's in Indiana on I-94 east of I-65.

Is anyone familiar with either of these talkgroups or possibly an agency using 3600-series identifiers? The RR SC21 wiki page RID list indicates that 77xxx RIDs are used in Grundy County.

At one point "3602" mentions that he had earlier been on I-65 directly in line with (Illinois route?) "17". FWIW, Illinois Route 17 runs east/west just south of Grundy County.

Thanks in advance....

After posting this inquiry on the CARMA Yahoo Group, I've learned that these are likely Grundy County EMA units. Over the past few months I've also logged RID 77069 on TGs 2426, 2430 and 2435. All three of these TGs are in the RR SC21 wiki list of mystery TGs. Any Grundy County-area SC21 listeners out there that might be able to fill in the blanks on these and TGs 3406 and 3408?

Today caught some testing on talkgroup 5901 for TazComm. Not in the database yet. Test counts and fire paging test. Testing occurred on the Peoria County Simulcast. They might be moving off the EDACS soon.

Disregard last post as more listening to this talkgroup turned out to be Citilink for Peoria. For the transit busses and not Citilift.

Bloomington encryptrd talkgroups

Heard some encrypted talkgroups on the Bloomington Normal Starcom21 site on Monday. Unknown user:
5886
5888
5890
5892

That could be Bloomington Public works they just switched over to starcom about 2 or 3 months ago and all there talkgroups area encrypted due to the bad language they have used in the past also Bloomington Water dept is also on starcom so all of City of Bloomington depts are on starcom.

Here's a map labeling the sites with their Radioreference site name and site number.
