I wrote my key in the back of my owners manual, that way if its ever sold or sent in for repair or any reason the key may need to be entered in again its in the manual.
Please, UPMan, help - I sent my scanners for repair, tracking shows it was delivered on 2017-05-11, but the repair campaign status still showing "Status: Email Link Sent! (ref. num. 8063). i also contacted customer support (ref. W428478-051317) - still without reply...
Can you please check it for me? I hope that my two scanners worth USD 1.000 were not lost somewhere.

The unit has not yet been passed to the repair department. I cannot tell anything beyond that based on the information provided.

It shows status:

Do you think that it is possible, that somebody accepted the scanners from post office but that the scanners never got to Uniden? I hope not, but it is still weird, that more than 6 days after delivery date, the scanners ares still not in UNIDEN database...
