Looking at my feed computer at my buddies, and noticed these in my neighbor list on DSDPlus. I've never seen them before and tried to find them. Didn't have much luck, mainly because I have no idea where to look - so here I am...

Screenshot --> as pictured are: BEE00.954-1.1 & BEE00.9EF-1.1 & 00001.097-1.1
I took a picture in case I typed one wrong.

Anybody know what/who they are and can you explain how you found them? Thanks

Edit1: checked my events file and found this:
neighbor: Site 00001.097-1.1; CC=0-168 852.11250
neighbor: Site BEE00.9EF-1.1; CC=0-87 851.55000
neighbor: Site BEE00.954-1.1; CC=0-1389 859.68750

System 097 is Waterbury’s Trunk System
System 9EF is Wallingford’s Trunk System
System 954 is Middletown’s Trunk System

All of these systems are linked with ISSI and can roam onto each other as if it were one big system (If allowed by the system admins).

I ended up finding they were other towns trunk systems.
What does ISSI mean? How come the sites added to clmrn DB?

Those are the systems that create the 65xxx talkgroups you might see on the system. DSDPlus shows them as system talkgroups when they transmit but a radio that affiliates via CLMRN to an ISSI system shows the RID in the DSDPlus.RADIOS file under their home system.

how do you like that thing?

better or worse than a raspberry pi and an sdr?

for the cost, would you have went rpi or the p25rx?
Thanks btw for answering

The software Todd has created is really great, and hes constantly making changes and taking suggestions. On CLMRN it works great, on 800mhz sites and 700. I ditched my G4s and just run a single p25rx.

Yup I was trying to use my Zello feed to listen to Troop B and there was loops for "The curtain raised and the show was on," on Common 3 for half an hour, so annoying.

I really like mine. I dont have a raspberry pi, but as far as ease of use goes, the P25rx is phenomenal! Ease of setting up is great and you dont have to fiddle with it. Just plug it in, set a control channel, and if you want to keep it simple, off you go. Obviously that isnt the route i took, but for someone just looking to plug in and go, that is definitely an option. It works great as far as reception and dealing with simulcast issues. As mentioned, he is constantly adding features and updating. He is one of the most involved developer/manufactures I have ever dealt with. I am eagerly waiting for the display to go public so i can pick one up and finally take it mobile without dragging out a laptop. Even though it can currently be used mobile in a headless format, I like being able to see and control what is going on.

2001 x 16 = 32016. That was the Intertroop TG on the old system. Likely is still the case.

Is Willimantic still on their conventional channel? Listening to Willimantic on Broadcastify Calls only gives me the voice of the dispatcher.
