24311 is in the clear, 24312 is full time encrypted, 24313 is in the clear. No confirmed hits for 24312 or 24313 though. Just prior info I have.

Torrington is now live on the CLMRN. Conventional is patched.

Just for the record, the list has only existed since 2019 it was not around way before OTA aliases.
I too prefer the actual radio alias, but that's just a preference thing, you know what they say about one man's trash

I'm doing so myself, but keep an eye out if you can! Looks like a couple extra talkgroups I didn't anticipate. 24315 and 24316. No voice, just registrations/affiliations. Not sure if related to PD. Any sort of DPW or whatever else groups should start in the 24321 range.

Nothing yet still for Torrington on my end, but just a few minutes ago heard DSD chirp and saw another DEEP alias entry. It's just set to the RID ATM but #636 was doing a radio check. DEEP talker aliases coming soon!! "DEEP-1961147-M"

I have to say I'm very curious about several of the new Torrington PD portables in the 5069-5075 range. Seems they are affiliated on a daily basis, today I'm noticing 5074 in particular affiliating over and over again. Still no audio on any of these....
