That's ok, I have issues with my town on VHF high band, don't feel bad; on the dispatch channel sometimes while they are transmitting this radio makes undefined noise (like a burst of another channel for a half a second) Why does it happen? Who knows. I know its an SDR
Sounds similar to my problem on VHF from very nearby VHF paging transmitters.
Discussed in this thread:

I've been playing with 152 MHz Notch Filters this morning and can get one of the P25 sites with the stronger CC signal to work when either paging site is transmitting but the notch filter simply knocks down the CC signal from the other nearby P25 site to a level you can barely hear it with a really good receiver and a scanner like the SDS100 can't hear it at all. Of course the band I need to attenuate with the notch filter is also the same band I'm trying to receive with the SDS100. The fact that I can attenuate paging enough with a notch filter to make one of the P25 sites work again pretty much proves that the SDS100 is suffering from desense. Don't know I I'll ever be able to use my new SDS on our statewide VHF P25 system. All other scanners are not affected by the paging signals.
If someone made a notch filter with a MUCH sharper skirt over what the PAR 152 MHz filter offers, I may be able to tune it to the worst paging frequency and get things working again but such a filter would probably cost me an arm and a leg!
If anyone knows of notch filters for the 152 MHz area of the bands that have super tight bandwidth for filtering an offensive frequency, please let me know.
Thanks
edit: Sorry, I meant to point out that this Beta firmware version or any other release or beta firmware versions make no difference as far as my desense issue goes in the VHF band.
