No sir. It's a simulcast with multiple towers -- one set of freqs, one RFSS.Site. The same frequencies are in use here that were in use on your previous screenshots. The difference is that the RFSS.Site changed to 40.40. I forget what it was before, but it wasn't 40.40. So they are changing some characteristics of the system.

Just wish the program had a better way of recording numbers then creating a text file for every call
i have to open every one to determine if its a new number and extract 1 line copy and paste

Nice. RID 3902511 is a dispatch. Not sure who is being dispatched on 25632 though. I made out that one guy was in 37 in Erie Co. And another guy sounded like he was reporting mileage. But I didn't hear any audio that would suggest to me what agency it is. (SO, a PD, Fire, EMS). But I doubt 25632 it's a fire TG.

few more showed up have not listened to them yet
my take on all the other transmissions (call events} is a data bit stream being recorded with file extensions .mbe and .bits

i think its safe to say its official havn't noticed anything on their old frequency
my guess their using the ENC tg 25783 for their tac and 25632 for dispatch

Very nice, especially to hear that the newest SDRTRunk is working even better.

Admittedly knowing nothing myself, here is what I note:

Radio IDs on 25783 do not (thus far) match up with anything on 25632. So I'm not so sure that its the same agencies on both. If it were me, I'd wait to collect a lot more traffic for 25632 before determining it is HCSO. I say that only because an HCSO deputy radio would probably have access to a slew of talkgroups aside from just SO DSP and SO TAC channels.

Leads one to wonder who the agency would be on 25783 ENC if it isn't HCSO though. EMS? A city PD?

willard is still on their nexgen freq yet
no other big cities in the county

Ok. Well, between collecting call traffic logs over time and audio clips from non-ENC talkgroups, it may help after another week or two of activity. Maybe the ENC talkgroup is an SO TAC -- right now though, with the data I've seen so far, it doesn't look like any of the same radio IDs on the ENC talkgroup versus 25632.

Not that I would ever want to see it happen, but you'd think that the ENC talkgroup is a different agency than HCSO, that out of all of the agencies the SO would have been the more likely to encrypt.
