Haven't set up DSDPlus yet, maybe in the next month or two.
Here's what I have so far on Horseheads:
WQWE370 is licensed to two towers about 15 miles apart. If RAN=site, then this would be site-024. The control channel appears to be 461.0500. TRX-1\2 won't decode it and it is active 24\7. Over the weekend, on a mountain top between Sayre and Ulster Pa., Picked up a conversation between HorseHeads (site-024) and Towanda (site-004).
The TRX-1 displayed a RAN: 24 and voice channel 462.000 for HorseHeads and RAN: 4 for Towanda with a different voice channel. The TGID was one that has already been submitted. I have also picked this up over the summer at two locations south of the border. I believe they talking to Tower Hill (site-005). For some reason I don't pick this up, other than the control channel, at home. I have a discone @ 20 feet, but I reside in a valley.
I've been focusing more on submitting site 4 (Monroeton). I'll have to look at Roaring Branch. In the mountains I can receive Dushore and Tunkhannock, and I have never picked up Horseheads north of the border. The southernmost tower is only a few miles from me which leads me to think that is the control channel i'm getting. The first time I picked this up I did an FCC search in Pa. and may have dismissed it as being out of range. I have Canton (Barclay Mt) programmed as both LTR and NXDN but haven't gotten anything as with Troy (LTR only-Armenia Mt).
I'll swap out HorseHeads with Roaring Branch and see what comes comes up. Thanks for the tip!

Went back to Roaring Branch a couple of days ago. While there a "fuel can" passed me that was on TG131 and talking to the yard. While parked on 131 in picked up: 461.675 - RAN 24, 462.000 - RAN 24 and 463.450 - RAN 24.
This leads me to think that my TRX-1 logging has some sort of glitch. I now have Owego programmed in with a RAN 18, and in the mountains I get: 461.450, 461.900, and 464.275. All with a RAN 18. I still have to analyze the control channels. While the Whistlers are unable to decode these, they do make a similar sound. Analyzing these with my Pro-106 and listening to sites 4,5 and Horseheads, they make two distinct sounds. One when idle and another when active. I realize that this isn't perfect. I discovered that C-TRANs (CCGS Chemung County, New York) had migrated from LTR to TeTRa in this manner. I was hoping that JRBarnett or someone else in Chemung County would jump on this.
And thanks for calculating the channel numbers for Roaring Branch. Iv'e done more reading on this, and downloaded the NXDN system calculator V3, but most of it is above my pay grade.

This may be the answer. The TRX-1\2 logs may be generating a HEXADECIMAL value. If you convert 24 it returns a value of 18. If you convert 18 it returns a value of 12. The TRX-2 has been doing the same. If you convert 0D (hex) to decimal it returns a value of 13, which would be site 13 Dushore.

I haven't used hexadecimal since I worked for a crt manufacturer 30+ years ago.
