Using Unitrunker I'm not seeing anything as a peer for the TOW.

TOW's are standalone trunking systems & are not interfaced to a zone controller. They will not appear as a neighbor on a regular MARCS site & the TOW's don't broadcast any neighbors.

I plugged in all the CC's listed for the two TOW's in RRDB with no signal this afternoon.

I monitor MARCS and I'm in southern Lorain County. Using Unitrunker I'm not seeing anything as a peer for the TOW. I see 02-022 with no name or hits. I plugged in all the CC for the two TOW's in RRDB with no signal.
The TOW trailers are stand-alone, short range sites that can be taken anywhere in the state on an as-needed basis. They have no peer sites, and unless you're pretty close, it's unlikely you'll hear the TOW site itself unless it's on a very tall hill.
