2-22 is Portage County Simulcast. MIght want to update your UT site information for 2-22.

Using Unitrunker I'm not seeing anything as a peer for the TOW.

TOW's are standalone trunking systems & are not interfaced to a zone controller. They will not appear as a neighbor on a regular MARCS site & the TOW's don't broadcast any neighbors.
