with dirty bomb..ZDC 363.000> no joy on 323.300 so back to 285.400 then ZNY 270.300.

Mystery solved! I had been watching that freq trying to find where the Moran Tugs talk to the arriving/departing amphibious ships. This freq came up in a search, but was content was inconclusive. Generally, I have a hard time listening from any distance because power appears to be very low and frequently 'comes in like crap' for me.

They will be when the ramp reopens on Dec 1st. Just got thru with a big paving job.
