I think your right as one of the many tankers today offshore Baja Cal today is ZZ-335 RAF (CIGAR-11) tanker.
Red Flag Baja? LOL.. Maybe after Red Flag 24-1 some folks said some large International tanker training missions offshore would be good.
Lots of them tonight too! ADS-B Exchange - track aircraft live
Mostly tankers, including that ZZ335, tonight as CIGR41 Hex: 43C6F8 and 2 Eurofighter 2000s, NITRO071 Hex: 43C6A7 and NITRO072 Hex: 43C7A9

Odd AR-20 westbound Res this morning for 1630z-1730z but at lower altitude
of 15k-17k.. Sometimes that means A-10 types for refueling.
The 354th FS from Davis Monthan has been down range since October.. Just a WAG on my part.
Could be for something else.

Yes. Sometimes for known frequencies I leave out the description.

It seems to be a common AR frequency based on my forum searches.

266.400 - BURNER AAR BOOM
266.400 - 756th ARS interplane/McGuire tankers
266.400 - Kiwi Refueling Track - Dare Bomb Range, NC

Looks like MAINE-86 #59-1446 picked up someone at FL 210 coming South.. Seems to be E-6B HAKE-82 #162783.. Don't see that often.

COUGR38, a USAF Learjet with "Scott Field" emblazoned on its tail, flew in from the Midwest, did a number of circuits around KILG, and is now flying just east of Richmond, apparently on a long training flight. It's the first military aircraft I've seen in about two weeks of extremely low and murky ceilings.

1320- Unid acft (no call noted) working Potomac (269.625) & ZDC Lexington (281.4). Cleared to TYI then direct to Charleston. Sounded like a ftr.
Sounded like RAVEN-21.

First heard him on 317.425 - Potomac BWI APP/DEP just prior to switching to 269.625 - Potomac PAX APP/DEP
