Motorola Saber III Portable.

Hello Everyone!
I just purchased a mint condition Motorola Saber III comercial portable. The unit covers 435-470 MHZ. I plan to use it for ham transmitting,public safety monitoring, and maybe a little gmrs work as well. The thing is,I cant find a local dealer here in FFLD. County that still has the ability to program it. Does anybody know of any dealer in Ct. that can still program it? Any help would be appreciated..
