Main main PC still doesn't like the scanner (AMD CPU) , but parallels on my macbook did the trick.
Ran the upgrade, which went fine (see caveats below).

• The hidden code (sqrt[2]) to enable POCSAG is now gone in the E-Model
• All DMR channels where changed to NXDN(N) mode
• All dPMR channels to NFM
• ACARS,NFM,AM,D-STAR remained as is/was
• CTCSS was also untouched

CSV Export does not include the bank information...

I definitely need better programming software for this unit !

All same here on T model.
Did hard reset after update,still no nxdn both 48 & 96.The rest working fine.

Can someone tell me that T version can decode NXDN 4800 ? Xingaonai got no luck even i had a full signal on single channel.İ m sure it s a n48 channel.

Can someone confirm that newest firmware for E-Version works properly with original ALINCO program software? Especially Scan Banks and Bank linking? (Win11)

Same here,nxdn4800 single channel with full signal but no voice decoding.With Uniden i can listen all conversation.

Works on my Win10 Desktop and Win11 inside Parallels
Scanner is not recognized on my Windows Desktop with AMD processor, so xfer is done on the Mac

Same here: reading from scanner shows correct DMR on DMR channels in Edit Tool Ver. 1.0E but in the scanner same channel is switched to NXDN. That sucks!
Any solution? Has anyone contacted Alinco in Japan regarding this problem?

Did you update the firmware? Alinco said that updating the firmware will reset / alter settings so channels will be on the wrong setting until you import again.

Always make a backup first with the EditTool before updating firmware

And you still have an English Menu or is it in Japanese now? Sorry… this doesn’t look professional for me. I’ll try 4.00-04 for the E-Version later and when there’s any issue with wrong mudulation or wrong language the device will go back to the dealer.

After installing the latest version for European equipment, I have the menu which remains in English.

Update successfully done. All menu still in English. First transfer of channels to the scanner was perfect: all Mods were sent correctly. No Problem!
