Education & Training Center 1300 W. Jackson. Recruits performing scenario based training. If you ever here "2600 series" cars, they're PPO's/recruits. The training officers will call them on the radio (as if they're dispatching them). I have that one logged as this from before.
TG 5150 has been added to the database. Thanks to ChicagoRadio736 and werinshades!

Hi
I’m hearing some traffic on event one, possibly radio testing.
Heard some units coming in identifying themselves as state police and they were coming in in the clear.
Seems to be a mix of encrypted units and units that are coming in clear.
They seem to be Doing something with the radios as the radio shop was also hard.
Not sure what though

thanks for this
so are they patched
does that mean that cpd will be in the clear on seclaw1
CPD will probably not be in the clear, and i don't know if they are patched or not.
Somebody was talking about having the wrong enc keys, so its possible ISP is getting keys to CPD's event channels. Usually when they call something SEC in the channel name means its going to be ENC.

Oh yes, that’s a good point.
Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Think I just heard units coming in in the clear and got a bit excited.
Thanks again
