They do pretty well but can suffer if you have a nearby MW transmitter, although that’s common amongst MW receivers in general. Issues are easily avoided with a sensible antenna and judicious use of attenuation. How does this do with MF (AM broadcast)? I'm considering saving up for one of these because I kind of like its feature set.

Ah I see.OK, that makes sense.
I have as low power transmitter, but it doesn't pose much of a problem once I'm a room or two away (plus, I can just turn it down or off).
Another question, if I may, is whether it supports stereo sound while in AM mode (aka, C-QUAM)? It would be fun if it did, as my transmitter supports it.

This is what I'd be interested in knowing as well. There are so many links from various places, YouTube videos, etc., that point to these things, different pricing, etc. I had a Chinese one a few years ago and it was horrible. Further it did not have the licensing for full coverage as it was advertised. I wound up sending it back. Allegedly these come out of the box with full coverage, and the reviews I've seen are very positive. An exact link to the model purchased would be great. Thanks.Ratboy, how’s the waterfall display? Who did you order yours from?
I got mine from Banggood. I have bought things from them for a while now, and nothing ever came dead or damaged and it mostly came pretty quickly. Aliexpress is the same, nothing bad to say about them, either. I was listening yesterday to one of the few things I can listen to in my RFI hell of an apartment, Airband. About the only things available at home are FMBC, Air, and VHF high. AMBC and SW are crushed with noise to the point about 3 AM stations are tolerable(only one is really good, 1370 WSPD) to listen to and SW is about the same. The NR needs to have a cleaner signal to really get a lock or whatever on it. I heard a lot of plane to ground traffc using the supplied whip and the "donut" antenna I got Friday from Aliexpress. Only about 4" in diameter, but works pretty well and doesn't hit stuff. As a portable away from home, it's pretty great. I like the display a lot. Battery life is good, obviously better with phones.
I suggest anyone interested in this radio to go to youtube and watch the videos by "hamtech radio scanner M0FXB and drone hobby". Lots of good info and it does a lot of things I was unaware of completely, even after reading the little manual.
Have you found a way to set the frequency tuning step, so you dont have to do it every time you go to another band?
