I've been hearing those tests that you see on tv that interrupt your show. 450.3125--csq....There is another channel--450.3875-csq--part of the same system..Well, 450.3125 has keyed up for the past 2 days solid..New plan? Any thoughts to this?

Those are the EMA Links to the EAS System

Allow me to rephrase that..Anyone got a clue as to why 450.3125 has been keyed up for 36 + hours? We know its the EMA link to EAS, but why is there a signal?

A stuck mic for 36 hours doesn't really happen all the time, does it?

The EAS system sometimes keys up for days or weeks on end. It isn't a two way system and it's attached to a computerized system. No one (except us) is listening to it. So having it keyed up doesn't affect the receivers.

I'm not sure why it happens. And there is no "new plan" for it that I know of.
