It sure would be useful if people who actually are copying / verifying online sites would paste the peers and their associated CC frequency. P25 systems broadcast the peers and the peers' control channel frequency. I know, not everybody is using software to decode, but for those who are please share the peers for any sites you pick up and the CC frequency specified for those peers as well.

FYI - peers / neighbors - - I'm referring to the transmitted list of neighboring sites.

Mike

If that Harrisburg site is something that is actually up, despite just being granted, I'll run Unitrunker on it this weekend.

I'm a little confused, since I thought this was going to be a VHF system?

As has been discussed previously, the new system is multiband. It is planned to be VHF and 700/800. VHF allocations will be mainly in less populated areas and anywhere else they can license enough VHF spectrum (there are a handful of VHF sites licensed near urban centers) with 700/800 being predominant in the urban areas (Philly metro, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh metro, etc). It would appear that the Erie area will also have some 800MHz at this point.

Site 34 reports neighbor site 40 as CC 161.8125 and site 24 with CC 161.825
The other two neighbors are identified.

Site 19 reports neighbor site 5 has CC 151.400 and site 21 has CC 155.5425 which isn't verified but likely Darlington BEAV01. The other two are identified.

These ones may be out of my range or are just not online yet as I'm sure Beaver would be very clear here.

THanks buddy.k I'm sure you're right about copying Beaver from your location. If you can't, you're in a Faraday cage :)

I am wondering if the activity on the system today has anything to do with the incident in youngwood, Westmoreland county. Bet the encrypted talk group is the state pd.

Getting the same here in Washington.

I was watching them this morning and I think it was the radio techs. I couldn't hear them on my 436 but they were in the clear on 10160 for awhile with a lot of back and forth between two units.

There is a new neighbor now on the Scenery Hill site, 36 with a CC of 154.920.

I also saw traffic on 159.1425 at Scenery Hill and 151.295 at Portersville so the DB should be correct on both those sites for now. Need to verify the other freqs on Nettle Hill and Woodbine still but they are just at the fringe of my reception.

Got my Airspy hooked up and tried Woodbine and was able to get the neighbor list.

Site 22 CC 162.0000
Site 23 CC 151.2800

The other neighbor CCs are already identified above. The n-lists are in the db as I have them on the individual site info pages.

A possible correction on Garland:
From Radio Reference:
Site Name County Freqs
003 (3) Garland (WARR17) Warren 154.2575c 154.8525a 155.1375a
But using the Pro96Com software,
Garland is showing up as 001 not 003.

106, 159.21000
108, 151.25000 (not in the Radio Reference list)

I have been trying to obtain information from the Hearts Content and Warren Simulcast sites but cannot lately. When they first went online I picked them up with no issues.
