UPMan works for Uniden North America. You'll need to find the answer to your question from the distributor in your region.
Upman only deals with the US market so explain how he knows the answer for a non US product!

The software comes from Uniden, not from the distributor. Sentinel is not looking for distributors.
The Uniden's outside of the North American region are indeed different.
The company's structure may be different.
But when I bought the DMR upgrade, I bought it from Uniden, from Uniden's homepage.
But ok, I do not speak, only those from the USA are due, the rest is supposed to be quiet.
Delete my account and the problem will disappear altogether.

I have the same issue after update: incorrect TGID (and therefore incorrect alpha tags) when using Site Hold. TGID is correct when scanning across three sites.
Anyone found a root cause or fix for this?
