Same talkgroups (2619 for dispatch), but they've reverted to using badge numbers as unit identifiers instead of beat numbers or township names.
Temporary placement until they get the identifiers set. Probation Services is still using 2619 for residential contacts.

One issue they had with ACDC was not getting to use badge numbers. I wonder if DuComm will honor that request going forward.

A Lake Co, IN pursuit over on Chicago Priority ISPERN (TG 9051) earlier unexpectedly had RID 7340038 which is the PACE Bus South Division Field Supervisor that keyed up over the air while this pursuit was still ongoing. The Dispatcher covering Priority believed that it was a West Chicago PD Unit that was on the TG prior but later determined that it was not. I can confirm that the RID was showing up on Lake IL and DuPage Sites. Audio clip is attached on the post. This occurred on 5/9 at 23:38.

The Starved Rock Country Marathon is happening in LaSalle County today. TONS of IEMA cache radios being used on seldom used talkgroups on StarCom :) Great opportunity to move "old" talkgroup names to new ones (ITTF Center B to IL-INC A16, for example) if you haven't already :)

During a search for two missing children tonight at the Sandy Ford Bridge on IL Rt. 18 near Streator tonight, TG 5783 (AMT Streator Dispatch) was identified as "EMS 1" from a Streator boat and Streator engine working the scene.

Good catch! Listening to Broadcastify, CenCom dispatching Antioch and Greater Round Lake. The database has been updated.

Are you picking up 33444 on NWCD Site 49 or Lake County Site 15? I ran discover and yet to hear that TG.

FWIW, I'm also getting this TG 33444 Quad 2 dispatch traffic on the OpenMHz.com Lake County SC21 feed. Here's the direct link to that TG OpenMHz . No idea if the feed provider is only listening to Site 115 or other they're listening to other sites as well.

Quad 2 CenCom FDs (Antioch and Greater Round Lake) switched to STARCOM21 TG 33444 at 9am on May 1st. Fox Lake and Lake Villa are still dispatched on 154.400. It appears that dispatch traffic from the CenCom FDs is not simulcast on 154.400.

Both. All traffic is on 1-015 (Lake Co), but can sometimes be heard on 1-049 (Cook North/NWCD) as well.

Hi, newbie question here, sorry...
Just trying to understand - If ISP is on the Starcom trunked system, why are multiple (non-Starcom) frequencies shown for them in the DB?

ISP was on VHF low and high band until the late 2000s. Some VHF high band frequencies may be retained for mutual aid, backup or special situations.

There are also mobile extender (ISP trooper's portable radios) listed in the database but you won't hear those unless very close to a car.

I'm hearing LaSalle County Sheriff's Office "PAUL" units performing coverage testing with their dispatch on SC21 TG 30306 (SWIT Region 3) tonight. Earlier today it was two "EDWARD" units doing the same thing with the sheriff's office dispatch.
