Yes I think those two 140 freqs are fairly new. Discovered them about a year ago.
Also, POTUS is supposedly in NYC again until 10 pm tonight for a fundraiser but no CAP as far as I know. All the CAP freqs are quiet.

POTUS is indeed in New York - landed at the helipad next to my office around 1430-1440. Typical entourage; 2xCH-46 (with a 3rd that doesn't land), 2xVH-3D, 1x NYPD A119 overhead. The practice landing was Monday morning. Usually it's the day before, but the helos were up here anyway for the debate on Tuesday. The fundraiser is actually for the Catholic Archdiocese - Romney is there, as well; flew into EWR this morning.
[UPDATE: 2220: the -46s just came over the house heading back to JFK]

1930 local- Had an odd one passing through if any one else caught him. Couldn't make out the ID too well but sounded like TOM 40. Only thing close I could find was TONG or TRON. Was on ZNY 350.3 and then 317.7
