Wake County P25 switch

The Wake system depreciated wasn't P25 it was Motorola Type II, but you are correct that everything is on the Cary/Wake system. However, if you want to hear the Wake traffic you only program in Site Two as @pjb3589 has done. I'm not sure why he is having issues, I hear all traffic, including WSO, fine, maybe it has something to do with the SDS filters. I do not have the SDS so perhaps you can reach out to the Uniden forum and ask about filters. The other thing may be what TGs you have programmed, RFD/Wake fire uses talkgroups 46800-46838 and 46940-46969 mostly.

In unincorporated areas (everywhere that's not a city/town/municipality with its own PD) they are supposed to have 28 deputies covering a population of 1.5 million. However, on a good day/night, they will only have 7-10. Their traffic is always diminished since other agencies pick their calls up.

I have Wake/Cary split into two systems as well on my SDS100. Works really well.

Regardless of the fact(in your graphic), you have the Patrol grouping first and the Dispatch grouping second. The major problem, is. Your TG #'s are ALL wrong. Also, Check your Control Channels. If you put in Cary's Control Channels' in for Wake, that would be an additional problem. Here are Wake's Control Channels-

You're right - thanks for pointing that out. What's interesting is that I never manually configured them - I just pulled the database from RR using the Uniden Sentinel software. I did just pull the latest update and they are correct now so I've gone ahead and updated my scan list.

I've got a question . . what am i doing wrong .. my scanner (bcd325p2) stops on the talkgroup, but i cant hear anything .. only does this on a few t/g's, the raleigh fd and wake co fd alert channels are good, along with a few tac channels, i notice alot on raleigh pd and wake so.

Do you have it programmed correctly? You only want to program the control channels for SITE TWO if you want to hear Wake/Raleigh, do not include site one. For Cary/Apex/Morrisville only program site one. You need to keep the two in separate systems or you will have trouble receiving them.

Sorry I had spell auto type on i figured the new system out. I had to the only alert that was coming up was uhf fire inwas trying get digital and fire main and ops

Missing Raleigh Police Dispatch
I'm at wit's end. I just happened to notice the only RPD dispatches I'm getting are 47050, 47051,47053.
NOTHING from 47052, 47054, or 47055.
These are the only ones I've checked out. There may be other TGs missing.
Using Site 2 freqs, & re-verified freqs.

Any suggestions/help?
