Windows 10 Priority Setting

Trying to help a friend get set-up with his first dongle and working towards DSD+, etc.. For initial testing SDR# keeps crashing on his laptop. Consistently shortly after decoding FM broadcast signals (strong) to start. I think it (the laptop) has enough resources to run SDR#. I recall someone had some batch file command code to up the priority level of resources that something like SDR# could use when running. Can anyone enlighten me on that code please? I thought it was like START FMP24 PRIORITY=50 or similar.

Which dongle and was Zadig ran to install the proper driver? Show a pic of the dongle entry in Windows device manager.

What version of sdr#? Does the laptop have the appropriate .Net crap installed?

What are the laptop specs? Ram/Cpu/OS and what version.
