Some reductions in memory use.

Eliminated false/bad NEXEDGE decodes during high BER conditions.

Changes made to handling of P25 LC_ADJ_STS_BCST_EXP messages.

Additional DMR CSBKs decoded.

Added reporting of standards document version number to TIII Aloha messages in console log.

Added handling of neighbor lists where a neighbor site appears more than once.

I'm getting continous repeating of the list in some cases and others it just spits out a random neighbor twice in a row. B0rked

The neighbor list (NL) is not displayed in the DSDPlus.exe window consistently. The NL values are shown on the bottom of the DSDPlus.exe window, but the app doesn't consistently show the NL in the window. Resetting the NL does not fix the problem. I believe the NL won't display in the window if there are any decoding errors. The decoding threshold for displaying the NL seems a bit too high.
