RIDs would be Federal 99s. They run I 69 between Ft Wayne and Indianapolis watching someone like the other day. I hear them on Anderson & Pendleton. Why on Ft Wayne ESU, I would not know.
I'm less confident that 12785 is Fort Wayne ESU. Fort Wayne ESU used that TG between Fort Wayne and Muncie when they followed and apprehended a guy several months ago. Since that time I've read of a few accounts where people are saying surveillance ops and 99 RIDs are being found on that TG.

Same Fed units are now (12:30) on TG 10120 on And & Pen. I lean for FBI. FBI has a field office in Ft Wayne
I got quite a few of the 10120 tg’s not too long ago off the Delaware tower and I kept the individual calls in a separate folder

Monroe County Indiana, Knights Ridge does not seem to be working. I am receiving control data on alternate control 859.9625 but very little if any traffic. Nothing on main control channel 853.8375 now; Has there been a control channel change for Knights Ridge?

The main CC repeater could be down for maintenence. It'll likely go back to the normal CC within a couple days.

Thanks, has been down for 2 weeks now. Unusual for that long a duration. Suspect something is up.. the alternate control channel seems to be "on" but the scanner isn't decoding / passing any traffic.
Can't figure this one out ... hmmm.
Thanks for the reply !

Update : After 5 hours of sleuthing, the Solsbury, IN (Greene County) control channels are being used on Knight's Ridge (Monroe County) tower. Unclear if temporary or a permanent change.

The control channels for solsbury tower are :
853.675c854.0875c

Adding those has restored coverage for Knight's Ridge.

you might just be hearing that Tower as well as Knights Ridge with the strong west winds... 9 times out of 10 if the ALT is being used and your not hearing traffic, its probably in site-trunking for now

Thought that too. But no … with directional antenna it’s right on Knights ridge. Can also hear with antenna attenuator so I know it’s the local tower that’s transmitting on that control channel .. interesting for sure.

Which scanner do you use? You're issue may be: foliage, and multi-path; making you think that because you're pointed at one site that it's not possible to receive the other. Which scanner do you use? I use an 800Mhz directional antenna as well, and I can receive multiple towers in all directions; but the directional antenna does allow me to receive further in the direct that it is pointed. Which scanner do you use? Yes, I asked that question 3 times because I want you to answer it.

pro668 and pro651 also run multiple rtlsdr dongles here. Gives good spectrum display and signal strength/graphics. Antenna uses 7/8 heliax to outdoor 18 element directional antenna for 800 mhz. i'm in a rural area in a holler. Another local scannerhead confirmed my findings today. He observed the same at his location vis a vis different c-channels being used. Anyway, it's resolved now and working with the revised c-channels although no telling if this is a permanent swap or temporary. Suspect the repeater or controller over at Knights ridge went bad and they hot swapped it with Solsbury gear to keep the site up. Strange for sure. I forgot to check if the VCs are Solsbury too, or if they are now using the VC's of Knights Ridge site. (voice channels) with the CC of Solsbury. I'll check that later but guessing that would maybe violate fcc coordination. wonder also if the fcc database has been updated.

Anyone have a Unit number for DNR ICO RID 9305785? That radio has been consistently transmitting on TG 10197 for over 2 hours, and ICO units can't figure out who it is.

Edit: Apparently ICO Disp is not aware they could contact IPSC to have the radio bricked; and/or that function may not work.

The question again is: Does anyone know which Conservation Officer that radio belongs to?

Wonder why the time out timer was not enabled.
It didn't transmit continuously; it transmitted consistently. It would drop and re-key every 10-15 seconds. It wouldn't transmit longer enough to hit the ToT.

I think that is the South IDOC Parole Disp TG. Look thru the previous replies to this thread, and see if that TG# was mentioned as that.

Just checked my log. Without a doubt that is IDOC Parole South Disp. IDOC Parole North Disp is TG 12498. Both TGs use the same Dispatcher console RID: 93199.
