I now have doubts that is JUST an FWPD TG...

I agree, I don't think 12785 is only an FWPD ESU TG, but they use that TG frequently. In the northeast I have not heard anyone else use that TG, whereas others have noted its use in central Indiana. If the description were to be changed in the RRDB, what would it be changed to?

Maybe something along the lines of Regional Special Operations, or Regional SWAT? Also, anyone ID 10116 yet? Seeing it a lot lately too.

I think 12785 has been seen in the South Zone, so it's likely a statewide group.

As far as those former Dekalb county groups, 10117 is Lutheran Air's claimed TG, but there are more Air Medical TGs in that range. Life Line calls their channel "Air Med 1"... I'm betting these other medical helicopter TGs are "Air Med" groups as well; kinda like the "Hospital Ops (North/South 1-5)"... where each hospital network has staked their claimed to TG. TG10118 is another Air Medical TG. I've seen a couple different company's 9399xxx RIDs affiliate with that TG

Yes, there is a StatFlight/StatGround in Hendricks. Here is the VHF for it - **Officially licensed to PHI, but just like the Indianapolis Base, its Stat.**

Though I have yet to catch the tones for it... The VHF repeaters sound very weak compared to the LifeLINE VHF bases. (Yes, Stat is run by Ascension St. Vincent Health Systems. Also dispatched through them is the St. Vincent's AMR units. Eventually I hope to get the hierarchy of how they label the units down. Adult, Pediatric, ALS, BLS, and the original Stat Ground units.... Which are the AMR ambulances? Which are the non emergency transports? Its a little more challenging now since just like IUH LifeLINE, they dispatch on VHF, TRBOConnect, and now SAFE-T too.)

I have a note on TG 12694 that it is potentially a Hendricks County TG. 12695 had a StatFlight radio on it, but wouldn't affiliated on the sites I listen to in the northeast.

I made a thread 3 yrs ago on here asking this and it still seems unknown. And the IPSC site is very sparse on any current or usable info. So does anyone have any current info about SAFE-T rolling out Phase II?

Anyone know if a date has been set for SAFE-T to go all Phase II radios? Or does IPSC not care how long it takes departments to replace their radios and will they just use a mix of P1 & II radios for years if not a decade+ on SAFE-T, until everyone has PII?

You'll know when TDMA activity starts showing up. I imagine the system will operate in dual dynamic mode for some time before everyone is operating in TDMA mode. Clearly this is not a pressing issue for IPSC or the state right now.

Plus, this discussion is best kept in the stickied SAFE-T thread, as this one is for discussing Hamilton County on the MESA system.

Just heard MCF (Miami Correctional Facility?) Truck 2 on TG 21759. They had just returned to MCF from Lutheran Hosp in Fort Wayne.

I didnt catch the unit, but heard the traffic on Terre Haute not to long ago... 21759 one J3... think they were picking someone up from Vigo jail

Heard something kinda wild today, around 430pm, on one of the north hospital Ops channels.

An ER was talking directly to the crash victims over the radio. The EMS medics and the ER doc wanted the MVC victims to come be checked out at the hospital, but the pts adamantly did not want to go to the hospital, so the medics (presumably) handed the male crash victim a radio to communicate directly with the ER doctor. The victim and the ER doctor had a ~3 minute conversation with several back and forth radio transmissions.

I've never heard anything like that before. In the end, the medics thanked the ER doc, and likely got a sign off.

Cool. I have never heard an SORAMA (Statement Of Refusal Against Medical Advice) done on SAFE-T yet. Hear them all day on MESA (Mostly dopeheads that Narcan woke up...).

Heard a unit in Indianapolis doing vehicle surveillance on TG 10116 today. RID was in the 990xxxx range.

I also saw TG 10120 popup but didn't see if it was encrypted or what the RID was.

I've not heard any transport traffic between IDOC facilities, or between an IDOC facility and a courthouse, or anything other than IDOC facility to and/or from a medical facility.

Has anyone heard any transport traffic that has not involved being to or from a medical facility?

Yes, you will occasionally hear transfers from facility to facility but 21759, DOC-TRIP, is a statewide talk group for all trips from a facility. Lots of medical trips for sure.
