Trying to get this 207 to transmit on 2 m and receive on 70 cm.
What am I doing wrong I thought all icom's were generally programmed the same.
T/UL - 145.990
R/DL- 437.800
When I get to that point in the menu.. there is no option to split the frequency manually ?
You cant just turn duplex off and move on. Radios not that smart and neither is the operator.
If you have a ticket you already know I'm trying to make QSO with ISS.
this radio has 50 watt output as where my HT dose not.
Anyone that familiar with the 207? This radio is a talker and was hoping to use it for my first QSO with ISS. Get a few compliments on the audio on the 207 so

I have 2 yaesu's that are more than capable but wheres the fun in that.
Any help is appreciated.
