I like the talk group history, is there a way to change the color of the text?

You can, but you will have to install the Arduino dev environment in order to modify the Wio display source. If you are interested and need help, then feel free to email. The github source is here: GitHub - tvelliott/MicroP25RX_Wio: Firmware source for the Wio-terminal portion of the MicroP25RX product

You would need to change this line (change TFT_BLUE to another color).
MicroP25RX_Wio/MicroP25RX_Wio.ino at main · tvelliott/MicroP25RX_Wio

This might be configurable in a future release.

A note to anyone having issues getting the Wio source code to compile. The latest versions of the Arduino development environment have issues. When you go to download, there is an option to load the previous 1.8.xxx versions. Use the 1.8.xx versions.

After working with Todd last night and this evening I was able to get the font color changed. It wasn't actually all that difficult (literally a word change) save for configuring the software.
Todd thanks again for the help.

Excellent! Thank you for being patient and helping to find issues with the github documentation!

All I can say is wow! I have multiple scanners, but in a simulcast area this is the cats meow. Keep up the good work and appreciate all your hard work. You did great here.

Your work with the DSD files is spot on. Needs just a tad of tweaking, but you did well with the priority's. You need to join the Elon club with your talent.

Glad to hear it is still working well for you.

I know the RID import from DSD files is still missing. It is on the list. I'm not in the Elon club, but I am mostly an Elon fan. He does appear to be saving the free world single-handedly? I would like to see him completely restore free speech. I'm sure he is headed that direction. If he does, then I'm 100% in support.

Is there a way to lock out a talkgroup from the WIO for more than 60 seconds? How?

In monitor mode, short press on the right top button when desired TG is active (to hold on it), then a long press on the same button and scroll down to disable TG.

This will do a permanent L/O that can only be reversed in the .ini file.

Dave
A - adjacent / alternate site
S - secondary
P - primary

The skip function is fixed 60 seconds for now. As Kevin mentioned, you can disable a TG using the menus.

Thank You all for the answers..
One more question.. What is a good antenna that can attach to the SMA connector on the Micro?.. I want something that screws directly on to the SMA without a cable.

I haven't found a good right angle antenna yet. Multiple people have reported that a REM800 antenna with an SMA adapter is a very good antenna. I'm thinking about acquiring one, but haven't yet.

I don't know about perfect but I use a Motorola 800mhz antenna from my xts5000. It mates nicely to a 90 degree sma. It seems to do pretty well.
