The filters help if you are prepared to keep tweaking for the immediate situation but can't overcome the poor design.

Seeing traffic on TGID 6032 on zone 4 with UIDs starting with 932xxxx any idea what it could be sounds to possibly PD not sure though.
Should be surveillance, possible NYS Attorney General OCTF, NYSP SIU or Special Narcotics Prosecutors or other multi agency Task Force. I've never been able to exactly figure it out. On Metro 21 NYS AG and NYSP SIU use to do a lot of surveillance and I had the talkgroups identified.

Pleasantville PD has starting testing on the Metro-25/MTA MRRS. Anyone have any information to share as to what talkgroup they're using?
All I managed to hear was a transmission telling units to switch over to "Channel 1 Group B" at 11:35 on 5/6/24.

Bill24-I'm in Westchester County, NY (Eastchester) so have you heard when Mamaroneck Town/Village/Larchmont will be changing over to METRO-25/MTA MRRS?
I had heard the new console arrived at Larchmont Police a while ago. The analog frequency of 154.755/100.0 is NOT good anymore on top of Winged Foot Tower9(Poor Coverage) and it is to my understand that the new digital towers or antennas shall I say are also up there as the past Summer of 2023.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You got be kidding me. That's a rumor as Eastchester/Bronxville/Tuckahoe are NOT and so is Yorktown/Port Chester/Rye/Rye Brook/Harrison NOT ENCRYPTED so my question is this...why would a little Village like Pleasantville be "FULLY" encrypted?Heard today it’ll be fully encrypted.

Chief of Police said these words (“fully digital, fully encrypted, 700Mhz”) at his quarterly update to the Village Board. He was basically given a blank check so he was trying to impress the clueless Board with fancy words.

The Pleasantville POLICE Chief has no idea about "E" and its use so trust me as I have lived in Westchester County since 1957 and that will be the day that Pleasantville goes "E" on that new system. Another rumor on Radioreference.com here!!
👍🏼 Seagrave. As to Bob’s comment……🤷🏻♂️ I’ve been monitoring them for over forty years and can attest the vast majority of the transmissions are nothing worthy of hiding. Not sure what the associated additional costs were for the encryption ability, but I’m sure it’ll be reflective in my next property tax bill.

84:50 mark is brief radio communications portion. Prior Board meetings went into more detail but this where the “encryption” discovery was made.
No Problem. I looked at that video, and it sounds like he's using big words to impress people. Eh, whatever. The fact of the matter is that Pleasantville PD seems to have switched to the MRRS System (TG in the DB), and they have been 100% clear since their first transmission. Right now, it's probably just a bad rumor, or they will have a secondary TG that's encrypted, as some other departments do. Who knows, It could go both ways.

If tg 9595 (rid's 42434xx) is their car to car tg, that's crystal clear also..
Yeah, a puppet fed nonsense from whoever at MTA is recruiting Westchester PDs to join the system.
I believe that TG is an agency completely different from Pville. But that's a topic for another MTA/MRRS rabbit hole discussion.
