Has anyone undoubtedly heard Pleasantville PD recently? I’ve heard nothing on the suspected TGs.

Not that anyone else probably cares but their DPW no longer seems to use 151.04 as they have for years. PVAC used to be dispatched on that same frequency until that responsibility went over to 60 Control (which delays the dispatch but…..) Any insight to Pville PD or DPW would be appreciated.
I caught Pleasantville yesterday on Zone 2…apparently there was a traffic detail yesterday

 How are you able to tell it was Zone 2? I’m assuming that is displayed depending upon the scanner being used.
If you only program Zone 2 and/or you see what frequency is being decoded, you can very easily determine which simulcast cell (aka zone) you're receiving.

On my 536 I have the five MRRS Zone 2 Simulcast and the five MRRS Zone 3 Simulcast frequencies programmed. No Zone 7 programmed. I’ll take a walk to the tower (water tank) site this week to see if any antenna progress is obvious.

Its been confirmed that they are on TG 9592 per the Database. I monitor Zone 2 and 3, with SDR Trunk and Unitrunker. I have been hearing them in the past but the last audio i have is 05/17/24 @ 14:29 for them. If they are using LTE you wont hear anything so that could explain why.

I suspected that too about DPW but i wasnt sure. Is it possible they moved to MRRS like some others have?

I also thought Mount Pleasnt PD also dispatched Pleasantville EMS?

I’ll catch the highway foreman next time he drives by. Great guy who will let me take a leak in his cab.

Mt. Pleasant PD often directs the paid paramedic SUV but the ambulance WAS dispatched by Pville PD on 151.04 forever before 60 Control took over that last year. When I worked for the village you’d hear the dispatch in the DPW vehicles.

It sounds like Yorktown PD is getting some consoles installed. Their fully Qualified IDs are 597992.10.6229138 & 597992.10.6229139

TG 9135 , new, not in DB, heard today in the clear
One of those voices really stands out and I am pretty sure they are system techs. They also keep mentioning PD which means, they are not.

It has to do with the Cricket thing in Nassau. There will most likely be some new/temp/interop tg's in use (and on Nassau P25 system) during the event since State Pd is part of the event. Today, NYSP Traffic (5002) is in use for the Cricket thing and both NYSP Traffic & Security tg's were in use and used Troopers and State Parks Pd last weekend at the Jones Beach airshow. Feds are also in town.
