TBTA might be in the process of migrating away from their conventional analog. Have heard TGs 9142 and 9143 (I believe 9141 too) all with sporadic TBTA related traffic and radio testing in the past few weeks.

Have heard 9139 (it's in the database) being used in regards to the multi agency task force cracking down on license plate fraud.

That would be cool if they switched. 9139 and 9140 are in the DB as MTA BTO Spec Ops. Ill add the other unknowns into the wiki. What site did you pick them up on? im assuming metro 25?

I believe Ossining PD is moving towards operating on the system. I saw a few officers today sporting brand new Harris XL-200ps. Doesn’t necessarily mean they will be utilizing the system, but would be a bit coincidental.

Does anyone know or have info on Scarsdale PD in Westchester moving on to this system?

Try and listen for TG 9565. Heard this in My recordings on Zone 3: "County PD to Scarsdale Police on a Radio Test". But that was back in August so plans may have changed.

On tg 9565 at 6 am, 2pm etc, when affiliated, dispatcher announces call sign followed by what sounds like "Scarsdale Police radio check" with units responding back. I hear this on Zone 1. I can't quite make out the call sign.

8099 came up on Metro simulcast with an encrypted group call, UID 14902184.

Also 9165, 4211### UIDs. Said they were departing in RMP, but then someone also asked how many passengers they had on a bus

9167 now too, sounds like a tac partaking in the joint license plate task force. 4211### UIDs again “we’re backing up MTA PD looks like they got something”.

I'm not getting hits for the Control Channel (770.45625) on Site 161 from both my Northern and Southern Westchester monitoring sites.

26E Site 161 shows up in the NL for 26E Site 21 (Zone 1 Simulcast) but not on 26D Site 1 (Metro-25), 26E Site 81 (Zone 3), 26E Site 51 (Zone 2), or 26E Site 141 (Zone 7).

All this info seems to point toward a site ON Long Island, possibly Suffolk, as mentioned above.

Were any of the members monitoring this system on LI able to get further info on Site 161 which was suspected to be ON the island, possibly in the Sulfok County Area?

My info from post #535 (above) remains the same. Still only showing up in the NL for Zone 1 Simulcast. CC now shows as 769.40625

5001 NYSP Venue has been used a lot in the past few weeks, believe it's mostly in regards to Jones Beach Theater.

Ossining is using the MTA MRRS system. I was talking with a Sergeant from there last week and he said so far - so good with the coverage.

I don't think Ossining primary dispatch is on MRRS yet. They have been using MRRS for special events / TAC related stuff on an occasional basis.

Ah copy. I had only assumed they moved full time since they were carrying the Harris

It sounds like they are moving/cutting over today or very soon. I'm hearing regular traffic on 9600 now, and their VHF has minimal activity. It seems like they also have two consoles installed.

Riddle me this. SDS100 picks up Port Chester Police on the Corning Tower in White Plains yet while in Port Chester I get nothing on Zone 3, Corning, or Metro-25. Even my SDS200 with a roof antenna gets nothing in Port Chester.

Corning tower is in Albany, no? -- My guess is that the radios are not affiliated with Z3. Are you getting the CC with your SDS200?
