Radio testing, key-ups and "mic blows" heard over the last couple of days. Radio ID's seen were additional OFI units (19046xx), CFD helicopter (1906811) and a few of the OEMC consoles (9110041, 9110047, 9110051). No apparatus radio ID's seen, just portables. I believe but can't confirm that not all of the mobile radios can operate on P25 UHF and P25 800 Mhz. trunking? I haven't seen too many ambulance portables testing.

The database entry should show TGID 1011 as "possible Hazat/JHAT" encrypted. I'm basing this off the Radio ID's seen. 1012 hasn't been in use yet, and 1014 is unknown usage at this time.

CTA Frequencies and CFD p25 digital both operate in the T Band. both get impacted at the same time, same days, and around the same time these TGs have been lighting up.

Hearing additional Water Management talk groups in use for the last couple of days. Seeing TGID 4020 Phase 2/Site-1 today. Water related communications/ pressure testing etc. heard. Radio ID's are 415xxxx and 475xxxx which have been seen previously during testing as Department of Water Management.

TGID 4014 Phase1/Site-1 in use regularly too.

It would appear they have at least 20 talk groups blocked off for DWM usage: 4001-4020.

TGID 4004 and 4008 Phase 2/Site-1 heard with brief radio checks this morning in the 415xxxx range. No channel identification given.

TGID 4014 this morning: "day crew how do you receive me on this portable radio"..

Testing heard and self-identified as EMS Main (TGID 1023) with a couple of CFD portables.

**TGID 4014 can be changed to a "D" , it's coming up as Phase 1**

Have a ton of new TGs in the 55xx range since yesterday. No key ups so don't know if secure or not but I'm guessing so. Don't know if D or T either.
