ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Bob, I can't remember if I reported this before. I'm getting to be that age.

Windows 10.
Multiple [3, if it matters] monitors.
Most recent version of ProScan [and many before].
View -> Scanner Sizeable Window
Always On Top checked

When Windows turns the monitors off after a period of inactivity, then I wake them back up:

- The sizeable scanner window wakes up on the primary monitor, even if it was on a different monitor before Windows put the monitors to sleep.

- The "Scanner Ctrl" menu or the "[SC]" button, whichever is visible, gets "unglued" from the sizeable scanner window and "sticks" to the primary monitor, even if I drag-n-move the sizeable scanner window back to a different monitor. If I click on the "X" to close the Scanner Ctrl menu or click on the [SC] button, it "glues itself back" to the sizeable scanner window.

Thanks.

I looked at it. I don't see a problem. I'm going to leave it as is.

@ProScan I have a curious situation, regarding the Proscan icon. When I load the copy I have for my SDS100. The icon stays visible. But, When I run the copy for my BCD436HP, the icon shows up. Then it becomes something like a program with no icon.

Any ideas?

Are you referring to the Taskbar icon? If so, I would reboot the computer. If the problem persist then perhaps look into clearing the icon cache.

100% reproducable, so I'll try to video cap it later.
The absolute best way to get a bug resolved is by email. See this link on the proscan.org website. I may or may not look at this. I use a point system when evaluating bugs & suggestions. You're already down 2 points. One of my pet peeves is when someone uses the word "annoyed". I'm the one doing all the work.

Yes, The Taskbar icon. I cleared the cache, and re-booted. But, It is still doing it.
I still think it's a cache issue. For a test, install ProScan in another folder and see if the Icon looks normal.
Also it may be due to the icon updating frequently so maybe set the Program Icon to "Normal" then see if it works correctly.
