They dragging anything?
They were both flying low at 20k and SPUR-95 did real low altitude sight seeing detour spin at Niagara Falls. Both look inbound Wichita Kansas McConnell AFB area now. Course a KC-46 support base.
Seems these days everyone in the USAF wants to see the Falls from the air :)
Can't blame them..A pretty sight as I was just up there 2 years ago. They still pack them in!
Down here in Maryland get used to muddy murky rivers but when you see crystal clear light blue Niagara River flowing towards Lake Ontario
it is a nice change.

I've never heard anything like this fro AF1. For me, not worth the bother. Takes up too much scanner space which can be used for other interesting "stuff". I'm not a techie, so have not idea or equipment on how to demodulate these signals.
I enjoyed reading that article Ron. I have an AR8000 scanning the UHF freqs as that scanner does USB/LSB with very small tuning increments. I've heard some VIP's talking and some news people also. Even though the E/F system has been dismantled, I still keep those freqs in the scanner. The Y/Z freqs are still used, but not as often as they used to be. Just as most USSS/WHCA comms are encrypted, you just never know if some comms will go out in the clear as they did on CH Oscar when POTUS was in Lehigh Co, PA several weeks ago as I heard an unid agent call Stagecoach to make contact with an agent in the Mack Truck facility. I even keep the Mystic Star hf freq list handy in case they use those freqs again. There was a # designator for each hf freq " AF1 493upper is primary, 278lower is secondary." Where 493 would mean 6.683 MHz USB, 278 = 9.007 MHz LSB. The WHCA would change the freq designators every couple of years.

Seems most if not all evacuees are being brought into Dulles. Maybe these are the flights relocating refugees to Fort McCoy and Fort Bliss.

Fort Lee in VA is also taking them...

143rd Airlift Wing has been doing AC evacuations today in anticipation for hurricane Henri

All seen on ADSB
RHODY11 (x3), RHODY36 (x1?), RHODY35 (x1) all leaving Quonset heading Northwest

Also RHODY41 (x1) which looked like it was heading back to OQU from Oregon before making a turn Northbound over Michigan

I believe they are all heading to Traverse City but I haven’t been able to confirm that yet
