Adams County, PA Fire Dispatch is on 46.18 Mhz. I know for sure the Adams County, PA Fire is on 46 Mhz, since my dad lives in that County. I don't know what 33.44 Mhz would be.

I enjoy reading your logs and hope one day to contribute. My work schedule and off days are extremely erratic hindering my ambition. Surprised to see Army helos on low band, figured they would have been VHF. Presume they were in the clear???

That was a typo - should have been Adams County, Ohio.

Thanks.

In my area Guard helos use Low Band (Fox Mike), VHF High (Victor) and UHF (Uniform) almost daily. I would assume it is the same for other locations. Everything I hear is clear voice. I have not heard any green comms but I would have no way to know it anyway if they were using frequency hopping or some other sophisticated communication method. HA - even simple analog inversion scrambling is enough to thwart my monitoring efforts!
