Been hearing TG 12551 since 12/26/2019 when they started doing radio checks. I think it's Cheshire public schools, (special needs) transportation. I had made an entry in the unknown TGs wiki entry.
I can confirm this. I got 15 more minutes of recordings yesterday and over 5 minutes today so far at 8am. It is some sort of special needs transport for Cheshire school system. Just submitted to the database.

TG44 (Test Group 5) was being used in a Middletown school today. Room numbers and things such as "Band room" "Chorus Room" "Gym" "Cafe" being used to test reception.

Later on being used in Avon as well too. They were using terms like CSERN, 8TAC94 8CALL90 and such.... like they were were trying patches or something. I suppose it makes sense to be able to patch in 8TAC channels in an emergency.

There is a lot of activity on TG 5213 on the Troop I site right now. Sounds like shooting practice.

I wonder if this is related. I was at a local bagel and coffee shop this morning like 7am in Southington just off 84. a big van/bus/truck thing with just POLICE on it pulled in, and literally a dozen plus officers piled out and went in for some breakfast. Was an odd sight seeing them pile out the back, didn't know that many people could fit in the back of it. Wasn't local Southington PD. On their way to something in that direction possibly some training.

Can anybody confirm that TG 21902 is Rocky Hill Police 2? Also, does anybody know who uses the 807xxxx RID's?

21901 is Rocky Hill 1 so I think you're right.

I haven't received any 807XXXX RID's. 1807XXX are Bikes and Trooper 1 & 2
I've logged the 807xxxx RIDs a lot on TG 971 (from the Troop I site). It's fully encrypted so I don't know what it's use is.

I have not heard 21902 yet, but I will have to listen for it. It would make sense As Rocky Hill PD Ch 2. They currently have two UHF conventional channels, one for dispatch and a tac. It would make sense that that will eventually translate into two talk groups.

Happened upon another TDMA Phase II frequency for Site 22 Troop A Simulcast today.
Channel 2-180: 852.1375-1 VOICE
Channel 2-181: 852.1375-2 VOICE
Already submitted to the database. Should show up soon.

Middletown now has an ISSI connection with the Troop F, I and H sites
Confirmed. Troop I....
I see BEE00.954-1.1 listed there that's Middletowns system.

... I wonder if they'll ever link with Waterbury. They have a pretty good P25 Phase I system. It would help them as they lack coverage in some areas. They also had one of their two simulcast sites knock out last summer in a storm.. having the state system to lean on would be nice.
