Okay, so all of the scanners that uniden has you have to purchase the DMR keys

Nope. Need a P25 Phase II (that's 2) capable scanner like the models listed on the page I linked earlier in the thread.
Yep that’s what I figured just so expensive even used lol I think I’ve found one it just needs to have the add on plug for dmr I would figure that would come standard but I guess not
DMR (and a couple of other) digital modes do not come standard on Uniden scanners since, to implement it correctly, they have to pay license fees to use the protocol/mode. So, the 'upgrades' are basically to cover that on a per scanner basis.
You may be able to find a pre-owned scanner that would work and that has the DMR upgrade already added; check the classifieds on here, just make sure it's a model that is P25 Phase II capable since AWIN is converting to that currently (and has in some places).

When I purchase this device which should be tonight. Hopefully ill get it by the end of this week or next week when I get it I will register it then I suppose set up the zip code. Will the zip code also be able to access my awin stuff like ASP?
If you want DMR in a Uniden scanner, that upgrade has to be purchased. We have no way of knowing if someone has purchased that upgrade for their scanner or not - ask the seller or check their listing details.

Arkansas State police is on AWIN you have to use software to import and you can use your zip code which it should auto do it.
I have the sentitial thing and already have my favorite groups thing and my SD200 should be here saturday

I use sentitial too and I know troop f is either not working or silent
